It is one of the few private German laboratories with a forensic accreditation according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 for drugs of abuse and alcohol testing. From 2000 to 2008, Ms. Gallagher built HireRight’s service delivery for global background screening and drug and health screening. Previously, Ms. Gallagher was responsible for human resources for Access360, a software development company that carved a new market in resource provisioning. The Biosensor screening technique ("Rapid On-Site Screening") is based on wiping the arms for sweat and oral surfaces for oral fluid and delivers a test result within 2 minutes on the most frequently used drugs.

Christine Moore has more than 20 years of experience in forensic toxicology, developing procedures for the analysis of drugs in oral fluid, urine and hair. She is board certified by the American Board of Clinical Chemistry and is a fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry.

Christine is a past-President of the Society of Forensic Toxicologists and a Vice-President of the Society of Hair Testing. She is credited with over 90 peer-reviewed publications in forensic toxicology.

Sue Nolan has been both a forensic scientist and regular expert witness for 35+ years specializing in illicit drugs and toxicology. She established 35+ her own consultancy company, DrugFree Sites, in November 2007 but prior to that was employed by the Institute of Environmental Science and Research Ltd (ESR) and the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR). Since 1992 Sue has advised over 1000 New Zealand companies on developing and implementing Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace Policies and Programmes which include testing. She has regularly published in her disciplines and presented papers at New Zealand and overseas conferences.

As a member, since 1995, of the joint Australian/ New Zealand Standards Technical Committee CH-036, Sue has been collectively responsible for preparing the standard AS/NZS 4308:2008 "Procedures for specimen collection and the detection and quantitation of drugs of abuse in urine" and its 1995 and 2001 predecessors. Whilst at ESR, she was instrumental in establishing New Zealand's first AS/NZS 4308:2008 accredited laboratory for workplace drug testing.

DrugFree Sites provides drug and alcohol policy advice to Companies, educational programmes for managers and staff, training courses to certify collectors and drug screeners to AS/NZS 4308: 2008 compliance requirements and advice on accessing accredited testing service providers.

Anya Pierce

Anya Pierce has worked in toxicology for more than 26 years. She is currently Head of Toxicology at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin. Her unit supplies the national clinical toxicology service in Ireland as well as workplace drug testing and a service to addiction centres and coroners.

She was a founder member of the Irish Society of Toxicology in 1985 and was the Irish representative to the European Commission expert group on guidelines for the detection of drugs of abuse, especially in the workplace, and co-author of the resultant recommendations.

She is founder member of the European Workplace Drug testing Society (EWDTS) and a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Forensic Toxicologists (TIAFT) as well as editor of the TIAFT Bulletin, the quarterly journal of the Association. She is a member of the committee on emerging trends/new synthetic drugs of the National Advisory Committee on Drugs (NACD) and is secretary of the clinical toxicology committee of the International Association of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Clinical Toxicology (IATDMCT).

Karen is a self-made, self taught business woman who, operates and maintains a Private Medical Clinic, Certified Drug & Alcohol Testing Centre, Safety Training Facility, among other things, trains, teaches and educates in Aboriginal Communities across the country, Private Sector, Government, Oilfield, Gas and Construction workers in safety techniques and medical emergency situations.

Karen has a passion for the medical field and is a Paramedic Graduate, a Student in the faculty of medicine, a graduate of the Labour College of Canada, paralegal, and is experienced in both TORT and Contract Law. She holds many medical and safety certificates and has spent countless hours educating herself, improving her business, and building for the future, all while helping others to realize their dreams.
